are presented with brushed stainless bolsters. Each knife features solid brushed stainless bolster and
pins and have the Laguiole Bee at the top of the blade. The stainless spine is hand chased. The knives
are full tang Z50 CD14 Stainless steel which is comparable to 12C27 stainless steel.
The handle woods from top to bottom are - Madagascar Ebene, Palo Santos, Oliver Wood, Palissandre,
Bubinga and Cade or Juniper Wood.
Total length is 9 inches.
The set of six is presented in an Oak box.
