What an incredible knife! The blade is 12C27 polished stainless steel and hand chased along the top of
the blade. Polished stainless steel, hand forged one piece hand worked spine and Laguiole Bee.
Polished stainless steel bolsters with stainless pins. Even with all of that, it is the double platines which
set this knife apart. The double platines or double liners have two plates superimposed and are
decorated or worked by hand according to the individual cutlers inspiration. The handle is massive
Buffalo Horn Crust with polished stainless pins and a stylized Shepherds Cross.
Supplied with branded canvas pouch.
