detail and precise assembling of each knife is carried out by craftsmen, guaranteeing each knife is
unique. The cutlers mark is on each blade.
The cutler starts and finishes each knife himself. The handles are hand worked and hand fitted - 109
operations for a one piece knife, 166 operations for a two piece knife and 216 operations for a three
piece knife. The blades are of the finest 12C27 stainless steel and all handle materials are carefully
