The GUILLOCHE model is the premium range. In addition to the classical finishing, this knife will have the
plates, the blade's top and the internal part of the spring fully chiseled.
The spring is 3mm thick Z20C13 brushed stainless steel, inside polished, hand carved with a solid blade
stop which keeps the edge on the blade for a longer time. The Blade is 12C27 brushed Stainless steel,
3.5mm thick with a hardness of 54 Hrc. One piece hand chased spine and Laguiole Bee. Stainless steel
lockback mechanism. Brushed stainless steel bolster with stainless steel pivot pin.
Handle has traditional nickel silver pins, Shepherds Cross and stainless steel liners.
Supplied with handmade brown leather belt sheath with fusil and branded suede gift box.
Handcrafted and guaranteed for life.
