Warranty:
French products have a lifetime guarantee with the manufacturer against manufacturing defects. After 30 days products must be sent to the
manufacturer for repair or replacement for manufacturing defects. This does not include the Laguiole Style Knives.
Return Policy:
Cutlery To Go will accept returns received at our warehouse within 30 days from date of purchase, with all the original packaging and in original
condition for exchange or credit of purchase price. No returns on cut or altered canes. Credit will be issued to the card used to make the purchase -
no cash refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping charges.
Used merchandise may not be returned under any conditions.
All returns must be sent back only by UPS. You must call or email us to get a return authorization number to return an item. Please put the Return
Authorization Number on the return shipping label.
Walking Stick Return Policy:
