tools, pickaxes, crescents, scythes, and knives by hand. The forging mill was at the edge of the brook and
the " iron " was heated to a cherry red in a fireplace. Then it was shaped with a tilt hammer, soaked in the
water of the brook and to control perfectly the hardness - a touch of cade oil.

This unusual knife features a satin finish 12c27 stainless steel blade hardened to 58HRC. Exotic Ebony
Wood handle with stainless steel adjustable pivot pin. Stainless steel liner lock system. The patented
locking system is the creation of Yves Neveux, a creative and gifted cutler who has the expertise to
combine old and new to produce this knife. When the blade folds back into the handle it locks into place
in the liner lock with an audible snap.
The cutlers name is on the blade of the knife.
