guarantee all knives for thirty days from date of purchase. After 30 days manufacturers warranty will
apply. Warranties do not cover defects as a result of abuse or being disassembled.

MAIL or FAX it back to us. Upon receipt of the form signed and filled out, we will ship the knife or knives
